WiP COs Evaluation

Part of our ongoing strategy and vision to make the Women in Power UK Initiation 'All Women's Work', is to actively work towards being an anti-racist organisation. We asked white women to do the work of recognising and acknowledging personal and systemic racism and to make active changes to how they live this work in the world and at WiP. And we asked women from the Global Majority to trust in this and bring themselves as we start to do this work. We hope we built in people and spaces at the initiation to hold and support the experiences of all cos in relation to racism. The intention of this and every Women in Power Initiation is to bring healing to the world by walking a new path that affirms all life. And we do this by deepening our understanding of and relationship with the predator/prey paradigm.
